Brief Profile: Over 30 years experience in Industry and Academics. Industry experience includes working in India and United States with leading Information Technology and Telecom firms like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Aircel. Worked in the areas of Business Relationship Management, Program Management, Operations, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Organization Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Academic Interface Development, Account Management and General Management.

Took Leadership Roles in the New York based operations of TCS. Led Key Accounts of TCS such as Bank of New York based in New York City & GE Corporate based in Fairfield, Connecticut, US. Worked on behalf of TCS with Senator Hillary Clinton and opened and established a new office & training centre in New York State for TCS. Worked on development of academic relationship with the State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.) Interacted with the President, Provost and Senior Faculty of the State University of New York for developing academic relations between the University and TCS.

Academic Experience

Working as Director at IMT Dubai.

Worked as Dean (Accreditation, Rankings, QA) & Dean (Academics) at IMT Ghaziabad. Involved in Academic administration, Financial Control, Budgeting, Operational Planning, Faculty & Staff Management and Deployment, International and National Accreditation, Quality Assurance Processes, Admissions Process, Marketing and Branding, Ranking, Industry Interface, Development of MDPs, and regulatory compliances.

Also responsible for Development of New Courses and Programs, Guiding Academic Research and Learning Outcomes and Teaching and Research in the areas of Strategic Management, International Business, Cross Cultural Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Have been the Chair/Member of various International Accreditation Site Visit teams across several countries.

Bachelor of Engineering with specialization in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee (First Class).
MBA, Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi (First Class).
PhD – PhD in Management from Gautam Buddha University
