Dr. Bidisha Banerjee, is a Lecturer of Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour at IMT Dubai. She has completed her PhD from Santiago de Compostela, University, Spain. She holds PGDHR (Human Resource Management) from Amity University Noida, India and MBA (Marketing) from Ishan Institute of Management and Technology, Noida, India. She is a recipient of European Union Scholarship (Erasmus Mundus Mobility Asia) in the year 2009 for her Doctorate Programme. Since 2001 she was working with a various Multinational companies in India and abroad like L.G Electronics (India), Cemex Top mix (Dubai). She has over all 8 years to teaching experience at various B schools in India. Her research interest includes Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource development, and Leadership.
