Dr. Samal has a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management, Kashipur, India in the area of OB/HRM. Before the Ph.D., he has completed his MBA from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, India. A graduate in commerce ( with a distinction class pass degree precedes the post-graduate qualification. Dr. Samal has extensive experience in the field of banking with over 8 years of managerial experience. He currently holds many prestigious certifications such as the JAIIB, CAIIB, NCDO, and AMFI. His primary research focuses on organizational change management and organizational sustainability in SME’s.
