Overview

Dr. Anand Babu is an assistant professor of Economics with a Ph.D. from Pondicherry Central University. Dr Anand has nine years of teaching and research experience across prominent institutions like Indian Institute of Management (IIM)- Bangalore, Central University Of Rajasthan, Christ University- Bengaluru and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS)-Mumbai. He has noteworthy academic contributions through research publications in reputed journals and thought provoking articles in newspapers and opinion websites. Also, he has reviewed research articles  for a number internationally acclaimed journals. Dr Anand has presented his research  papers in several national and international conferences and bagged best paper award multiple times. He is also a recipient of the best faculty award by  Sarla Anil Modi School of Economics of NMIMS (Mumbai) in 2020-2021. Also, Dr Anand has delivered several invited lectures and served as a resource person to management development programs in various reputed institutions in India that include IIT-Bombay, IIT-Goa, Shiv Nadar University-Chennai and L&T Mumbai. He is adept in cultivating engaging learning environments, fostering critical thinking and mentoring students to excel in the realm of economics.
