Dr. Gita Bajaj is passionate about learning and development and has devoted 26+ years working with business leaders, executives and students to facilitate their personal and professional growth. She is a certified Inner Metrix coach, and has conducted coaching for several executives, and students. In 2017, at the Certified Innermetrix Coaching Conference, Dr. Bajaj was conferred the Award for Best Training Need Analysis of L&D Teams of two Oil Companies using Innermetrix ADV Profiling. She has conducted training and facilitated learning for more than a thousand professionals from leading corporates from India, US, Australia, Japan, Slovenia, and the UAE. ABB, Cairn India, Eli Lily, Acconex, Shapoorji Pallonji International, Schneider Electric, ICAI Dubai, are some of her many prestigious clients. Dr. Bajaj is a Harvard Business School Affiliate, and serves on the Board of educational institutions and review board of publications.  She was the Founder Editor, HT Horizons at Hindustan Times, is an award winning author and now also a columnist with the Khaleej Times.

This is a one-on-one coaching program. Coachee gets personalized insights through a series of discussion sessions based on one of the most researched profiling tools. The Certified Coach pursues organizational and participant goal alignment for best results for both.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

On completion of the program Coachee will be able to:

PROPOSED COACHING SCHEDULE:

This is a one-on-one coaching program for select star or high potential employees (coachee).

Coachee gets access to a self-administered instrument to be filled at leisure and one-stretch of 30 minutes. The Innermetrix ADV Assessments brings together 3 of the best Assessment batteries that exist today. Please read the attachment ‘Comparison and Validity of Axiology’ to get an understanding of the Validity and Reliability of the Scientific Instrument. The document explains why this instrument, developed for business managers, (and not for clinical or psychological disorders as in case of many other instruments incorrectly employed) is most suitable for Professional development.

Coachee gets access to a 77-page report. Based on scientific results and explanations of the same, the report details the following:

  • The Elements of DISC — Educational background behind the profile, the science and the four dimensions of behavior
  • The DISC Dimensions — A closer look at each of his/her four behavioral dimensions
  • The Values Index – A measure of his/her motivational style and drivers

  • Behavioral Strengths — A detailed strengths-based description of his/her overall behavioral style
  • Communication — Tips on how he/she likes to communicate and be communicated with
  • Ideal Job Climate — His/her ideal work environment
  • Effectiveness — Insights into how he/she can be more effective by understanding his/her own behavior
  • Behavioral Motivations — Ways to ensure his/her environment is motivational
  • Continual Improvement — Areas where he/she can focus on improving

Usually, the coach would spend 4 to 6 sessions of 2 hrs each to help the coachee understand and appreciate the report details and to align it to their personal and professional growth.
