Your two-year MBA journey with us will start with an orientation program to prepare you for a rigorous but rewarding and transformative experience. It is followed by course work that includes a portfolio of learning tools like cases, seminars, workshops, simulations, presentations and role plays.
The focus during the first semester is to provide a basic understanding of concepts, introduce important management tools, and thus, to equip students to advanced courses. Students learn about business economics, understand accounting practices, learn about organizational behavior and the usage of data for making business decisions using information and relevant technology.
The functional disciplines are introduced in semester two. Students learn details of marketing, finance, operations, and human resources. In addition, they also learn to identify business problems and solve them using a variety of research methods. Students refine their business communication skills and join workshops to further develop their personality to be ready for internships and company projects starting after the end of this semester.
After completing the internships, students then focus on the strategic level of business management. In the third semester, students get exposure to corporate level strategies and they become immersed into the areas of their concentration to get a detailed and advanced knowledge in their chosen field. In addition, they continue to prepare themselves for the future challenge of the business world by getting enhanced corporate experience in company projects, business simulations, and self-development workshops.
Along with a detailed knowledge in their area of concentration, the fourth semester focuses on equipping students to work in a global environment in an ethical and responsible manner by exposing them to international business strategies and nuances of business ethics and corporate governance.
